Once you reached the minimum/cashout, request for payment in neobux by clicking the “payment” button (the process is same with other PTC sites) go to your account/stats page and beside your earnings you will see a “cashout” link that you can click when you reach minimum cashout. After you complete your request for payment, you can check now in your paypal or alertpay account. Note that the processing of payment is different for every PTC site. For neobux, you will see your payment in paypal/alertpay instantly. For other sites within 24 hours to 5 business days and some within 30 days.
