FINE PTC Scam or not?



I already read sites including fine ptc as a scam ptc site.

But i still tried to continue and i reached my $10,000 earnings last January 13,2010 and asked for a cashout.

The site says that, "Payment waiting time is 60 business day(s)." So i have to wait for 60 business days starting last January 13, 2010 to know if this site really pays or not.


Although i'm already wondering if this site can really pay that much, i just tried my luck. Anyway, i haven't invest any amount.


I'll just update my post after 60 days or should i say 60 business days? :-)
